Rainbow Six Vegas Walkthrough part-1 Mexican Streets

Here is the First Chapter of the Rainbow Six Vegas Walkthrough. For this Part I of the Rainbow Six Vegas Walkthrough I play at the normal difficulty, mostly because it’s the introduction part of the game, the enemies are not that challenging, the level are really linear and I really dislike the luminosity of this chapter of the game because it remind me of Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter for PC that was disappointing. The Shadow is also really annoying because it drains all the power of my computer and makes the game lag horribly. This normal lag combine with the recording lag of Fraps, well it lag too much to be play at Realistic difficulty level.

Mexican Border

In the level Mexican Border you end up alone for sometime and will find you “Six” team-mates later, but first you need to advance in street in a very linear way with some basic flanking way to teach you the basic principle of flanking. This principle is the core of the game. For this Mission you have a MP5. This gun is really good for different reason; the first is that it’s really accurate, so you can make head shot easy. The second advantage is the reload speed of the gun, you can reload really fast. Also it’s a powerful gun and against light armoured enemies it does a really good job.

After finding the team, you will slowly learn the use of the team. The main advantage of your small team is that it divides the enemy fire. So when your team is under fire you can get a moment without being under fire to aim and shot. Your team also can’t die, unless blowing itself up or maybe being blowed up by a grenade (not sure). This early level helps you to slowly learn the base of the team management. Like you can make them blow doors, enter the room, or open the door, send a grenade and clear. It’s really easy to use on PC with the 3 command “v” “b” “n” and allows taking down the enemies easily.

Trainyard

In this level I must say I did mostly play it like Quake, I think at that point you really don’t need to bother with exploring and making sure to kill all enemies on your way, just move in a linear way, return fire, and more then all make sure to kill the Heavy machine gun around. You can use your team as decoy since the won’t die and that’s what I did many time and even if they both get shot, at that point in the game you won’t get too much in trouble.

Tunnels and Factory

At that point you are back alone in the dark tunnel. That when you will realize how effective is the pistol, or how effective is the shotgun. So you have to clear you way up. Not really that hard, but be careful since the enemies have shogun and those are really good at killing you. Once you get to the factory I really recommend using silencer, since it will allow you to kill many without being noted. If you don’t use it, it’s really harder.
