This video actually feature a mission that was added to Men of War Assault Squad last Christmas. It’s a kind of easter egg i guess where you face a horde of Snowmen. Of course in the face of so many Snowmen all the faction available in the game unite to fight these creation from a Evil Scientist. Overall it’s a fairly easy mission to achieve and it can be quite a lot of fun to play in coop with people that don’t expect it.

A couple days ago Oneah bought me Shogun 2 Total War Rise of Samurai and you should all thanks him for this this gameplay video. It’s a little different from regular Shogun 2 Total War but overall it’s pretty much the same.

UFO Alien Invasion offer a real time Campaign where you build up a base and defend Earth against aliens. When those aliens land and attack Humans you attack them and fight them in a turn by turn tactical squad based game strategy game. It’s a game that offer you a very intense action were every action you take may bring victory or defeat. It’s also a Free video game, meaning you can download it and get into the action right away. 0 A.D. is an open source game, meaning a FREE game. It’s very much like Age of Empire and it’s still in early development but is perfect for people that like old school RTS games. It support multiplayer at the moment but you can play some skirmish mission as well. The music is also very nice to lisen to and we recommend to give it a try since it’s FREE. Did we say it’s free? Yep you can get it there.

Knights of Honor is an extremely time consuming RTS game that allow you to build an empire in the Middle Age Europe. It’s not a super old game but it was made in 2D with a very good result. It’s really similar to the Total War series and the music is really good and relaxing.

Myth The Fallen Lord is one of those great RTS that existed before 3D graphic became the norm of video game. It’s a game that mix 2D animation with 3D map and the result is a very hard but enjoyable game. Bungie Studio, yes those who created Halo, really did an amazing job on this game and even by today standard it still look great and it’s still very hard to win unlike all the dummed down RTS we have now a day.

Revenge of the Titans is probably one of the most entertaining tower defense game created in the last few years. It is highly humoristic and extremely fast paced. There is a wide variety of turret you can use with good diversity of impact on the enemy Titan attacking. The diversity of enemies is also quite large and you will need to adjust yourself to the kind of attack you are facing.

Cossack II: Battle for Europe is a game that is actually aging well. It’s in a great 2D quality visually and allow you to fight grand scale battle with intensity. This video show a battle from the campaign aspect of the game. The campaign allow you to fight with an army that will gain experience over time as you conquer Europe in a Risk style.

Here is some Gameplay from Real Warfare 2 The Northern Crusades Gameplay a kind of mix between Mount & Blade and Total War series. It’s fairly interesting as a game being a mix of both world. It’s also a game that is highly RPG driven and for being so it may take you a while to finish it.

I have to point out that not all the soviet units are in the video. Men of war has such a large amout of units that i could not get Soviet units in 1 vid.

This is a preview of the mission Men of War Vietnam What a Job! In this mission you play with a few US soldiers. Your objective is to seek and destroy the Vietcong that are hidding in the forest, bunkers and nearby village. It is very tricky since the enemies have heavy machine gun position that can really kill your guy easily in a single hit. It also pierce all the houses easly so it’s also effective against enemies.

This is a preview of the mission Men of War Vietnam Until The Trouble Troubles You. In this mission you play with a few Vietnamese and Russians advisers. After and airstrike on your convoy you need to escape the area but to do so you need seek and destroy many objectives. It’s a very tricky mission and will largely remind the veteran of the series of the previous titles where it was all about being stealthy and fighting against overwhelming odds.

This is a second preview of Men of War Vietnam in the Mission Gatecrasher. It is much different then the other missions. In this one you need to defend a base from a pretty crazy american attack. To do so you have accept to two vehicules. A t-54 and an APC. Now in this mission i do manage to keep them alive by moving them around carefully but if you don’t this mission can become very tricky.

Thanks to 1C Company I’m now able to show you this Men of War Vietnam Die Hard Attack Mission Preview.

In this mission you have 3 main objectives, You need to take out a sniper, then clear a series of bunkers and finally take out an Vietnamese base to capture plans.

The gameplay is the same as the previous Men of War. The main difference are the uniforms and weapons that now enter modernity. Also the environment as you may expect is a dense jungle like we never saw in previous titles. This allow both you and the enemies to play a hide and seek game where it’s very easy to lose sight of your own troops as well as the enemies.

The weapons are also much more deadly then WW2 weapons making the game feel more fast paced as well as more realistic. Like in the original Men of War you usually control very few men against overwhelming odds. The difference being that in this one a mistake can make you lose many troops quickly.

I will publish a couple more videos in the coming days to allow Men of War fans to make their mind about this incoming Men of War Vietnam stand alone expansion that will allow you to play a campaign as well as coop.

World of Tanks is a kind of free MMO. Essentially you gain points that you can invest in buying better tank or equipment as you play. It’s mostly stats driven as oppose to being realistic like Men of War Assault Squad. But it has some tactical charms, each type of tank has strength and weakness and if you team has a clue you can have fun victories.

This is a Multiplayer video of Men of War Assault Squad. I play American in a 4v4 against Germany. I think this battle show well how to take the advantage early on in a round.

Theatre of War 3: Korea is an rts that is realistic and where the way you plan your attack matter a lot. This is mostly due to the fact that you can’t shoot on stuff you don’t see and at the same time support weapon that are outside the map may be called by the enemies to totally exterminate your army. Now these constraint force you to have to evaluate the amount of troops to commit at the right moment in the battle. If you commit too many you may find yourself in an ambush and loose them all, if you commit too few you may lose them one by one without any gain. This lead the game to be a fairly slow paced kind of game that require some patience but that become rewarding once you understand the principle and the way it should be played. Also as the campaign progress the mission get harder and the terrain is fairly random, so you never really know what you are in for.

In this video I’m playing the North Korean, you can also play Soviet army and American army and move your division in a turn by turn 2D campaign map. You can generate your own contextual campaign if you want.

Total War Shogun 2 Date Campaign 15 show and explain the first step of a campaign with the Date faction at very hard. Of course i’m explaining how to play based on a very small short experience of Shogun 2 Total War. But this game largely work in the same way as they previous games.

Now I’m playing at very hard because, I did try legendary difficulty and it seem impossible to have any good diplomacy at legendary. The game seem better at very hard. Essentially legendary turn any diplomatic contact into a war so it’s not much fun. The units also seem boosted and bowman dominate the battlefield while melee units die way too fast.
