Lord of the Rings Movie
Here is a Rome Total War movie I made using the Lord of the Rings mod. I have tried to demonstate the level of detail that has gone into this mod as best I can.
This is probably the best mod I have ever played and I would urge anyone who can to download it.

By popular demand, another patch will be coming out soon for this mod that will improve the campaign mod and make the mod accessible for more players.

Yeah that’s mod really has some of the best looking unit I saw for Rome Total War. One time I killed Sauron, I had 1 archer and his the flag soldier left. (Bobwolf can confirm that since i did it on his computer and he published the screenshot on the forum at the time).

He has like defence of 80 or something crazy like that. Really hard to kill him. Infact I thought killing him was impossible until you said you killed him :).
The nazgul/ringwraiths are hard to kill to. I set up a seige battle between me(gondor) and mordor. I gave myself 2k more in points and gave them 3 seige towers and 1 ladder. I only just won the battle. Nazgul killed most of my men.
The ‘ghost’ soldiers, or dead army or whatever has defence of 130. They are unstoppable.
mod is highly recommended.

yeah really great mod. I killed Sauron by isolating him for his main orc force. so in the end I killed him… but my two remaining soldier could not do much against the remaining hordes of orc… arrggg… so I lost… I think all my archer were aiming on Sauron during all the battle…

does the mod have the knights of dol-amoroth im not quite sure how its spelt but there heavy cav from a port near gondor =].

Hey Attila, i am a great fan of your blog for a long time :). Now i registered me to comment your videos. I am a great fan of the total war series i have all games since shogun total war and i love it. It is a great mod i hope it comes this year with the new map! Great Video i hope you post total war videos in future too

The mod is easy to install. Infact it’s really just moving what you downloaded into a folder.
1.Download the file
2.Open up Activision Folder located in Program Files
3.Move what you download into the RTW folder
You may get the option of unzipping the contents. All you do is unzip into the RTW folder.
Make a backup of the Rome Totel War folder just incase you want to play regular TW.

every time i download this mod, and install it to the Activision folder, there is no .exe in there.
Great video, I really wish this mod would work for me.
