Medieval II Total War Holy Chronicles 11 Turn 18-19
At that point in the campaign I keep advancing against Danish since I need to destroy them to win. On the East the Hungarian are now the priority since Venice isn’t much of a problem at the moment.
This battle against the Hungarian was actually risky, the Hungarian have the relief advantage, and Hungarian noble are not to be under estimated. That why I charged on the Left to take care of them as fast as I could. After taking care of them, I redeployed ready to fight the rest of the enemies. The way they rushed against my infantry wasn’t really impressive, and they were easy to encircle and eliminate. But in my opinion it could have go wrong, especially if the enemy general had more command.

Your battles are great but I see you always saving before a battle.
Did you load many times your save back after a bad battle in this chronicles?

na, I alway quicksave because the game crashed far too many time in the past, and there is nothing more insulting then winning 2 or 3 battle in one turn and having the game crash to desktop forcing you to remake all 3 battle. Forcing you to re manage all you did already on the strategy level.
I started quicksaving before every battle back in Medieval Total War time where more then once after 3 battle at the end of the turn against crazy enemies force the game crashed, Rome Total War also did crash after battle many time, and Medieval II Total War still have that kind of bug, especially when you fight, Mongols, and Timurid.
So far in the holy roman empire chronicles the game didn’t crashed, if it does I probably won’t record the “remake” battle since recording isn’t soo good for the computer hardware.

Believe me, he doesn`t reload… This game was really bugged and sometimes it still crash so you better save often.

Bobwolf know how I play since sometime I go to his place and he alway put me a weird challenging game of total war with situation I never saw before

i have never had a crashing problem with rtw, maybe its just the game versions?

na, in general it crash after the battle back to the campaign when you capture a city. It crashed many many many time
