Greatdictator reviews : Tropico
Looking for a nice peaceful island with no tyranny and oppression? Well you’re on the wrong island because this is Tropico! Ruled by a GREAT Dictator, (pun fully intended) obey, or do you wish to get shot?
If you’re looking for another Sim City game this one isn’t it because in this one you can actually lose control of your island and citizens rebel. The games music and graphics are totally great. This is one of the few games out there that’s hard to find faults in.
Let’s hope Tropico 3 is just as good as the first 2. I can’t wait to have my dictator walk around the streets!
Greatdictator review : Red Alert 3 Uprising expansion
Its single player is its worst enemy except for the gameplay in the Yuriko missions , some new music is added to the soundtrack and is still great , Challenge is the high point of the game and the units even though overpowerd their still kickass and crazy . Overall not bad for a Single Player expansion but unless your a really devoted C&C fan you might want to wait till the price is down to 10 to 5 dollars.
Operation Flashpoint 2 Preview
Recently in my foray of browsing gaming websites I came across and excellent article on Eurogamer. I’m a little torn about my feelings with Operation Flashpoint 2 because the same people who worked on the original game went on to make ARMA, where as Operation Flashpoint 2 retains the name only via Codemasters. Bohemia which created the first Operation Flashpoint even went as far in a recent press-release to denounce Opflash 2 for saying members of the original were working on the project; and that ARMA 2 was the real sequel.

Operation Flashpoint 2 boasts improved squad AI
Politics aside the article goes into much of what Codemasters is attempting to accomplish with OpFlash 2. While ARMA 2 goes to full realistic simulation, Operation Flashpoint 2 is attempting to strike a balance with realistic game play and making it funnier to pick up as an average gamer and not a hardcore simulation player. One might be surprised, even alarmed to find out that the game will be released on Xbox 360 and the PS3. With assurances that the game will still be true to it’s PC routes I remain skeptical.
From the Article:
There’s obviously significant concern from the hardcore fans of the original PC version that this is coming out for 360, PS3, as well as PC. But this is something Codies is determined will surprise everyone. The engine has been specifically designed to achieve its enormous scale without burning out your console’s chip, and as such will also not demand a top-of-the-range PC to play. However, play it on a top-notch PC and you’re going to be able to scale it to look stunning.
With all it faults Operation Flashpoint 2 still looks like it’ll deliver one hell of a gaming experience this summer, we’ll have to keep an eye on it.
Men of war battle

Evilsausage presents his first contest video for Men of War.
I wanted this movie to capture what I thought was great about the game. The suspense, the action, the stealth, and lets not forget the tanks!
I made this movie during the Easter holidays. Iit took some time to learn how everything works, but it was really fun.
So sit back and enjoy this World War 2 action movie!
(All footage is in-game)
Soundtrack: Where eagles dare by Ron Goodwin.
Zoolesz presents his Men of War in-game video
Der_Landser presents his Men of War in-game video

This is a video I made using the Men of War editor. I am complete nub at it, and my ambition for the project lasted only a day; after which I decided to wrap it up. I tried to hide the HUD as much as possible, it may not be your typical in-game video but that’s only because I wanted to make it a bit different. Sure there are bugs, and some stuff is overdone but only to enhance cinematic effect. :D
Greatdictator reviews : Red Alert 3
Today’s review features a guest who helped me co-produce this piece to the awesomeness that it is .
Red Alert 3 is one of the funnest game I’ve played, even though it came out somewhere close to the end of 2008. It is DEFINITELY the RTS of 2008. Why, you ask? because it’s fun. The units are crazy and pure fun to play with. The cut scenes are just campy and fun to watch and the story isn’t far from loony either. It makes you want to kick ass in co-op mode or the single player. The awesome music returns as well with Frank Klepacki returning to make new music and remix old tunes into one of the best game soundtracks out, with remixes from both Hells March versions as well as a whole new one.
The AI will test you at times since it has received a VERY significant improvement in both single player and skirmish. Many RTS games don’t have any sort of naval warfare or if they do it’s an afterthought but not in Red Alert 3, heck in this one you can build nearly your entire base on the water. The game also has a World Builder tool and has recently released SDK which will allow modders to make even better and crazier mods then found within C&C 3 .
Now on a final note to all those of you who manage to purchase the premiere edition before April 30th 2009 you can get a beta key for the next C&C game, now how awesome is that! If your reading this now you still have 20 days till then to pick it up.
So Commander, I will see you on the Battlefield!

RoflCopter761’s Men of War video
This is a video showing a Men of War super weapons against a a well design line of trench. The result is an explosive video. This video is the result of an idea me and AceWombatZero had not long ago, making a fictional WWII super-weapon. I hope this video will be Part 1 of a series. Enjoy!
Something to keep you guys entertained
Well its been quite a while since the last time ive updated….well what can i say am lazy hehe and dont worry a new review will hopefully be comeing soon. But for now i will show you videos of the units in Battleforge and my demo commentary of FEAR 2.
And heres FEAR ….ugh 2 : D
Heads Up!
Well, it has been almost a year since I’ve made a post. In that time I’ve made only three videos, two which got banged with a copy write problem. I guess I’ll have to work on that.
Anyways, I haven’t made a video in a very long time. I’ve got three new videos planned for release. My first one is a Mount and Blade video showing possibly a tactical battle of some sort.
My second one will be a Stronghold 2 video of me making Croatia which I am looking forward to doing. I’m working with GreatDictator on this one, so you will know it will be great!
Finally will be a counterstrike video. I created a CSS clan with a bunch of friends one day, and they want to have a clan video. I’m the P90 Head Shot Expert for the clan, so I’m making a video of myself getting p90 kills.
Now then, here’s the video that didn’t get in any problems. It’s a Fallout 3 video. I got Fallout 3 on Christmas, and have been hooked for a very long time. Love the game to this day, one of my favorites. The video is all in VATS, which is a cinematic mode, so it should look pretty sweet regardless of if you’ve played or not. Enjoy!
Empire Total War Gameplay French Chronicle 3-4-5
In this episode, I don’t have much to say about the battle other then explaining how I defend forts. Many people would believe that defending the wall is the best way to win a fight. But actually, like in previous Total War it isn’t so. By defending the wall in Empire Total War, you divide your army and you force them to fight in melee. Armed Citizen are worthless in melee, so defending the walls with them mean letting them die. On the other hand the gun of an armed citizen kill enemies as well as any other gun. So this mean that their strength. The enemy AI is focusing on capturing the flag in the middle of the fort, and he must hold it 2 min. This mean that by deploying your army on the path leading to the flag, you maximize the time where the enemies are under fire without shooting back. Since they hold the flag they remain under fire and if they hold it long you can send 1 unit to set foot in the flag zone to restart it. This strategy allow you to hold your fort very easily with a minimum casualties.
In this episode the war against Savoy keep going and I finish the British armies on that pillage a port. In an attempt to slow down the pace of Savoy raid they do on my territory, I send a small army to fight them on their territory. The Savoy response is to send all their forces into the fight.
Because of the number of enemies cavalry I was force to face, I rapidly switched my soldier to bayonet and the melee fight followed. It was clear early on that I would not win this battle and all I could do is to make my soldiers old the longest and regrouping them. While this is a defeat, it does have much consequences on the campaign.
This battle is actually the most decisive one in the war against Savoy. Savoy choose to attack Paris, while I didn’t have much regular troop there, Paris is defended by a lot of armed citizen. Those units are not very good, but at the same time, they have a lot of guns to kill the enemies. So The battle quickly turned to my advantage and the enemies found themselves surrounded by a greater number of gun. One of the aspect a few people pointed out is the fact that when I make my final charge a few of my armed citizen nearly panic. Well from my point of view, this is meaning less. Armed Citizen are highly expendable troop since they refill automatically and even if all armed citizen had panic the regular troop would have finish the fight anyway. Armed citizen are expected to panic so it’s no big deal.
A match of tremulous
Tremulous is a freeware game you can get online at www.tremulous.net. In this small match of tremulous i play as the aliens. this was a fun game but normally there are at least 10 people play with a 5v5 ratio. The aim of the game is to kill the opposing team’s base and spawns. In this match I play mostly as a dragoon which is the primary powerhouse of the alien team. Near the end of the video i play as the tyrant which is the strongest alien but also the hardest to get. There are two less experienced players on the other team which i easily defeat. The end was cut off due to time but i do win =D.
